An energizing, low-impact strength class using ballet barre and mat work to help you build strength, improve balance, and increase muscle tone. Led by certified instructors Annie and Jane, who alternate weekly, each class offers a supportive, full-body workout designed to leave you feeling stronger and refreshed.

Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention with Jack Glass
A gentle, research-based Tai Chi program designed to improve balance, strength, and confidence while helping reduce the risk of falls. Suitable for older adults and all ability levels, with seated and standing options available. 60-minute class led by a certified instructor and based on the work of Dr. Paul Lam.

Intermediate TRX with Jill
Build strength, stability, and confidence in this 60-minute intermediate TRX class with Jill Babcock, for those with TRX or strength training experience. Improve form, increase intensity, and gain better control through adjustable suspension exercises that target core, balance, and functional strength. Come ready to work and leave stronger and energized.

Beginner Reformer Class with Connie & Robin
A gentle introduction to the Pilates reformer, perfect for those new or looking to build a strong, confident foundation. Learn how to safely use the reformer while moving through simple, supportive exercises focused on alignment, breath, and control.

Circuit Class
A balanced 45-minute movement class to fit your level.
15 minutes on the stationary bike to warm up, 15 minutes of TRX bands, and stretching for strength and mobility, and 15 minutes on the reformer for mindful, supported movement
Each part is paced for your comfort — no rush, just steady progress. Exercises may vary.

A slower-paced TRX class focused on controlled, full-body strength, balance, and stability. Move with intention, build confidence, and leave feeling strong, supported, and refreshed.
