Move through a slower-paced, full-body workout using the TRX suspension system to build strength, improve balance, and increase mobility. This class focuses on controlled, intentional movement, helping you develop stability and confidence while staying connected to your breath.
We’ll guide you through a thoughtful sequence of exercises that target the core and supporting muscle groups, with time to learn proper form and make adjustments along the way. Movements can be modified to fit your comfort and ability, making this class approachable while still effective.
