Slow Flow Yoga

Hosted and led by Amber Hermann, Certified Yoga Instructor, Slow Flow Yoga is ideal for anyone looking to move gently, breathe deeply, and unwind. This all-levels class combines mindful movement, intentional stretching, and steady breathwork to help support strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation.

Slow Flow Yoga moves at a comfortable pace, allowing time to transition smoothly from pose to pose while staying connected to your body and breath. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner looking for a slower, more mindful practice, this class offers a welcoming space to calm the mind and release tension.

Each session includes:

  • Gentle warm-up movements
