Intermediate TRX with Jill

Build strength, stability, and confidence with this dynamic, full-body TRX class led by Jill Babcock. Designed for those with prior TRX or strength training experience, this 60-minute intermediate-level session challenges you to deepen your form, increase intensity, and move with greater control.

Using suspension training, you’ll engage your core, improve balance, and develop functional strength through a variety of movements that can be adjusted to meet you where you are, while still pushing you forward.

Come ready to work, stay encouraged, and leave feeling stronger, more energized, and accomplished.

Cost: $20 per Class

  • Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:00 PM

  • Sundays at 9:00 AM
