Circuit Class

A well-rounded movement session designed to meet you where you are.

Move through a balanced blend of cardio, strength, and stretch — from bike to bands/TRX to reformer — all at your own pace. This mindful, equipment-based class is designed to meet you where you are and leave you feeling strong, centered, and refreshed. Click here for the full class schedule and to register.

We’ll start with 15 minutes on the stationary bike to warm up, move into 15 minutes of TRX, bands, and stretching to build strength and mobility, and finish with 15 minutes on the reformer for mindful, supported movement.

Every section is paced for your comfort and ability — no rush, no pressure, just steady progress and good movement. Exercises may vary from class to class, keeping things fresh while staying within this balanced 45-minute framework.
