Guided by instructors Connie N. and Robin N., this class is welcoming to all fitness levels, with movements that can be adjusted to meet you where you are.

Enjoy a low-impact, full-body workout on the Pilates reformer designed to build core strength, improve flexibility, and support overall body alignment.

Through controlled, intentional exercises, you’ll strengthen your core, enhance stability, and leave feeling more balanced, lengthened, and refreshed. Whether you’re new to the reformer or looking to continue your practice, this class offers a supportive and encouraging environment to grow.
