5-Week Intro to Yoga Series

Led by Amber Hermann, Certified Yoga Instructor, this 5-Week Intro to Yoga Series is designed especially for beginners and those who are curious about yoga but not sure where to start. Whether you are brand new to yoga or looking to revisit the basics, this summer-only class offers a welcoming space to build confidence, improve flexibility and strength, and learn how to use your breath to support both movement and relaxation.

Each week introduces a different theme, gradually helping participants build a strong and sustainable foundation for their yoga practice.

Weekly themes include:

  • Week 1: Breathe & Begin

  • Week 2: Finding Stability

  • Week 3: Strength & Resilience

  • Week 4: Flexibility & Letting Go

  • Week 5: Balance & Integration
