Ashtanga Yoga class

Led by Amber Hermann, Certified Yoga Instructor, this beginner-friendly Ashtanga Yoga class is designed to help you start your weekend with focus, strength, and intention. While inspired by the traditional Ashtanga practice, this class offers an accessible introduction to structured, breath-led movement in a supportive environment.

Participants will move through a thoughtful sequence of postures connected with breath, with plenty of guidance, options, and modifications along the way. The class is especially supportive for those who are new to Ashtanga, newer to yoga, or looking for a more approachable way to build strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence.
